Who we are
DialogLab is operated by Kristina Mostovaia and is currently available for selected pilot partners. For privacy-related questions, contact us via our contact page.
What data we collect
During the pilot program, DialogLab offers optional Google sign-in to save your progress.
Data stored in your browser
Session settings (active dimensions and cases) and related preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device unless you clear it. When you sign in, we store your account email and profile name from Google via Supabase Auth.
Data sent to our servers
When you use coaching features, the app may send:
- Chat messages and scenario context during practice sessions
- Session content for post-session evaluation
- Audio recordings if you use voice input for transcription
This data is processed to generate coaching responses, evaluate sessions, and transcribe speech. It is transmitted over HTTPS to our application server.
Third-party services
DialogLab uses the OpenAI API to power coaching chat, session evaluation, and speech transcription. Content you submit during a session may be processed by OpenAI according to their terms and privacy practices. We recommend not entering confidential employer information, personal data about identifiable individuals, or other sensitive content you would not share with a third-party AI provider.
Cookies and tracking
The pilot program does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Browser localStorage is used for functional settings only. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and operations.
How long we keep data
Settings stored in localStorage persist until you clear them. Server-side processing of chat and evaluation requests is transient for the purpose of generating responses; long-term session history for signed-in users is stored in our database when configured.
Your choices
- Clear localStorage in your browser to remove saved settings
- Do not use voice input if you prefer not to send audio for transcription
- Avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information in practice sessions
International users
DialogLab is operated from Germany. If you access the service from outside the EU, your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws, including through OpenAI's infrastructure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves beyond the pilot program. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
