MVP preview notice: By using Leadership Coach in its current form, you acknowledge that the service is provided as an early preview and may change or be discontinued.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Leadership Coach (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Leadership Coach is an AI-assisted leadership practice tool that generates scenarios and provides guided coaching feedback. The Service is intended for professional development and rehearsal purposes. It is currently offered as an MVP preview.

3. Not professional advice

Coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and practice purposes only. They do not constitute legal, HR, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make in real workplace situations. Always follow your organization's policies and consult qualified professionals when needed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Submit content that violates others' rights or contains unlawful material
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human professional counsel
• Use the Service in ways that violate OpenAI's or other third parties' terms

5. MVP "as is" disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI outputs, or uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice during the MVP preview.

6. Intellectual property

The Leadership Coach name, branding, scenario content library, and application code are owned by Kristina Mostovaia or licensors. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you input during sessions. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service (including sending it to AI providers for response generation).

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kristina Mostovaia and Leadership Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service — including reliance on AI-generated coaching feedback.

8. Enterprise use

If you evaluate Leadership Coach on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so or are using the preview for internal evaluation purposes. Enterprise deployments may be subject to separate agreements.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures beyond MVP preview. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
